    The Philippine Chocolate Queen Raquel T. Choa is known for her ingenuity not only with her chocolate creations but also with the services her brainchild The Chocolate Chamber (TCC) has to offer. Inspired by the class and prestige of British Afternoon Tea, TCC invites its guests to enjoy a sumptuous afternoon experience filled with the quintessential English menu but with a chocolatey twist. As an homage to Magellan's expedition which eventually brought cacao to the Philippine shores, the chocolate queen dubbed her afternoon tea set 1521 Afternoon Tea.

      TCC's sumptuous 1521 Afternoon Tea menu highlights the versatility of cacao which is embodied in each item of its menu. The 1521 Afternoon Tea brings together different flavors from sweet to savory - all prepared the TCC way.

Philippine Chocolate Queen Raquel T. Choa reintroduces TCC's well-loved 1521 Afternoon Tea menu

     The well-curated afternoon tea is perfect for 3 guests and is served on a classic silver three-tier tray. As the chocolate queen suggests, guests must enjoy the delicacies from its top tier down to its last. The top tier is composed of TCC's artisan scone, made to perfection with cacao oil, and soft and fluffy dark chocolate ganache truffle - one of TCC's best-selling products. 

     The middle tier serves grilled sandwiches featuring three different meat variations as its fillings: beef, turkey, and tuna. The sandwich buns are freshly baked by TCC and are infused with tablea. On the bottom tier is an ample amount of fresh vegetable salad dressed in Choa's signature salad dressing and topped with shaved cacao de bola. 

   Completing this afternoon tea sensation are the all-time hot chocolate drinks of The Chocolate Chamber wherein guests may choose from its top variants such as Hibiscus, Mint, and Cinnamon. Guests are also free to choose their preferred teacups from TCC's collection. These will be served to you by TCC's Chamber Keeper AJ Choa. He serves the guest with a custom-made serving cart by Plantassion.

What's More?

      Aside from the delectable items in the 1521 Afternoon Tea menu, The Chocolate Chamber also serves Kape Sino (a warm traditional drink made out of roasted corn) and Chocolate Mud Cake (moist chocolate cake topped with marshmallows). All available as separate orders. The brand also plans to introduce its Tablea Ice Cream with Chocoryza (dark chocolate with rice crispies) real soon.
