Grand Residences Cebu unit owners are in for a nice surprise as award-winning real estate developer Grand Land Inc. (GLI) will be holding a Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
The Grand Residences Christmas Tree, which has a unique design, also marks the turnover of the clubhouse and other amenities.

Mr. Go explained that their condominium projects have won Philippine Property Awards for the last several years.
Grand Land is also being considered as one of youngest real estate developer in Metro Cebu that is successfully recognized in the Real Estate Industry, he adds.
Just recently, Grand Residences Cebu has also been recognized by Dot Property Philippines during the awarding ceremony.
